Rates:
1. Washington hourly rates for work Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 7:00 AM TO 6:00 PM is $30.00 per man hour plus materials.
2. Oregon hourly rates for work Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 7:00 AM TO 6:00 PM is $35.00 per man hour plus materials.
3. Hourly rates for all other hours is $45.00 Per man hour plus materials.
4. Hourly rates for U.S. national holidays all hours is $55.00 Per man hour plus materials.
5. Under one hour trip charge of $50.00 plus materials.
6. All subcontracting fees are 15% over cost.
7. All other work is on a per bid basis.
8. All work requires written work orders.
